VRC: Cancellation of the shareholder list for excersing entitltments

On 15th March 2021, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received document no.23/CV-NED dated 13th March 2021 of North-West Electric Investment And Development Joint Stock Company regarding the shareholder list for 2021 annual general meeting. After reviewing the document, VSD would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list for 2021 annual general meeting with the record date of 17th February 2021 in accordance with Notice no.167/TB-VSD dated 25th January 2021 by VSD
Reason: to have time for better preparation of 2021 annual general meeting, the Company will delay the time of holding 2021 Annual General Meeting later than plan
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
