IMI: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 190/IMI-TCKT dated 17th June 2021 of Industrial Machinery and Instruments Holding Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting on the record date of 7th May 2021, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 7th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1460/TB-VSD dated 22nd April 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic, Hanoi People's Committee has directed the implementation of urgent measures to prevent and control Covid-19 epidemic in the city. Therefore, the Company temporarily postponed 2021 Annual General Meeting on 27th May 2021.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
