IME: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 99/CV-HĐQT dated 19th May 2021 of MECHANICAL AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION JOINT STOCK COMPANY on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 19th March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 166/TB-CNVSD dated 23r February 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Given the complicated situation of Covid-19, it's difficult to organize 2021 annual general meeting due to the requirements of the disease prevention and control by the competent authorities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
