Pursuant to the document no. 50/CV-DLXNK dated 11th May 2021 of Lang Son Tourism and Import - Export Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 2nd April 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 983/TB-VSD dated 16th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: The Issuer has not completed preparation of meeting materials, and at the same time, Covid-19 epidemic is going complicated domestically and the world over, while the Company has foreign shareholders.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
