HTV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 17/TB-LGSVICHEM-TCHC dated 6th April 2021 of Logistics Vicem Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 1st April 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 467/TB-CNVSD dated 15th March 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: The Board of Directors agreed to authorize the CEO to extend the time of holding 2021 Annual General Meeting not more than 6 months from the end of the fiscal year (in May or June) to complete the dossiers, documents and better preparations for 2021 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
