IST: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 107/TB-ICDST dated 2nd April 2021 of Tan Cang Song Than ICD Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting on the record date of 22nd March 2021 as notified by VSD's Branch in the Notice no.265/TB-CNVSD dated 2nd March 2021
Reason for cancellation: the Board of Directors agreed to delay 2021 Annual General Meeting, but no more than 6 months from the end of the fiscal year (no later than 30th June 2021) to have more time for preparing and finalizing meeting documents and ensuring that the documents and procedures comply with regulations.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
