MEL: Cancellation of the Record Date for 2021 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the notice no. 21/2021/CV-MLS dated 31st March 2021 of Me Lin Steel Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the record date for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancellation of the notice on record date of 5th April 2021 for 2021 annual general meeting in accordance with the Notice no. 1160/TB-VSD dated 25th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: the Board of Directors has unexpected working schedule and allowing the company more time to prepare contents to be presented at the general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
