Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Planned meeting time: April 2021
- Meeting venue: Level 7, HH3 Building, My Dinh Urban Area, My Dinh 1 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2020 production & business results and 2021 plan by the Management Board;
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2020 activities and 2021 plan;
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2020 activities and 2021 supervision plan ;
+ 2020 audited financial statements;    
+ Approval of 2020 profit distribution and 2021 plan;
+ Approval of 2020 remuneration payment and 2021 plan for the BOD, the SB;
+ Approval of authorizing the BOD to select an auditing company for 2021 financial statements;
+ Approval of adding business lines to the Certificate of business registration
+ Approval of production & business strategy for 2021-2025 term and 2035 orientations
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting. 
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
