UDJ: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 15/CV-UDJ/2021 dated 1st March 2021 of Becamex Urban Development Joint - Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting on the record date of 23rd February 2021 as notified by VSD's Branch in the Notice no.99/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd February 2021.
Reason for cancellation: the Company has not promptly prepared relevant documents to submit to the General Meeting for approval at the Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
