I10: Cancellation of the Record Date

Pursuant to the document no. 24/CT-VPTH dated 23rd February 2021 of IDICO No.10 Investment Construction Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the record date for attending 2021 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 5th March 2021 for attending 2021 Annual General Meeting in accordance with the Notice no. 60/TB-CNVSD dated 26th January 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: due to the complicated situation of Covid-19, the Company decided to change the meeting time of 2021 Annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
