On 23rd October 2020, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received document no. 53/CV-XLDKTH-TCHC dated 16th October 2020 of Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting. After considersation, VSD would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on record date 11th June 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 1641/TB-VSD dated 13th May 2020 of VSD).
Reason:  The major shareholder PVC accounts for 36% of the shares with voting rights but has not passed some contents for the representative of PVC's capital at PVC-TH to vote for the meeting, so the Company cannot hold 2020 Annual General Meeting according to the above notice.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
