HKB: Cancellation of Record Date

Pursuant to document no. 15/2020/CV-HKB dated 23rd October 2020 of Ha Noi-Kinh Bac Agriculture and Food Joint Stock Company (HKB) regarding the cancellation of record date for 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders of HKB shares generated on the record date 27th July 2020 for 2020 Annual General Meeting in the Notice no. 2314/TB-VSD dated 8th July 2020 of VSD
Reason: Due to the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic outbreak and complicated developments, the Company changed the time to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
This notice of VSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited HKB shares at DMs accordingly.
