On 11th May 2018,  Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received document no. 25/2018/CV-HKB dated 9th May 2018 of Ha Noi-Kinh Bac Agriculture and Food Joint Stock Company as regards the cancellation of the shareholder list to 2018 annual general meeting (the record date: 29th May 2018), VSD would like to announce as follows:
 

Ha Noi-Kinh Bac Agriculture and Food Joint Stock Company cancelled the shareholder list to 2018 annual general meeting with the record date: 29th may 2018 (VSD's notice no.1688/TB-VSD dated 10th may 2018)

Reason: the Company changed the date of fixing the shareholders list attending 2018 Annual Meeting to 28th May 2018 and the date of organizing 2018 Annual Meeting to 29th June 2018
This notice of VSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited HKB shares at DMs accordingly.
