+ Covid-19 epidemic has directly affected consulting activities, whereby foreign experts cannot enter Vietnam to continue the projects as expected;
+ Due to the urgency of the Hau Giang Solar Power Project, the Company must balance existing financial resources to ensure payment for designing, technology equipment and construction works of contractors in order to ensure the progress of bringing the Project into commercial operation before 31st December 2020.
Therefore, the Company was not been able to arrange the financial sources to pay dividend to shareholders as announced.
