HEM: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 213/2020/CV-HEM dated 21st April 2020 of Hanoi Electromechanical Manufaturing Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of HEM shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 20th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 632/TB-VSD dated 4th March 2020).
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated and unpredictable situation of Covid-19, to ensure the quality and safety of 2020 Annual General Meeting, to minimize the effects of the epidemic on shareholders of the company in particular and the whole society in general, the company will delay 2020 Annual General Meeting. The new meeting date will be no later than 30th June 2020
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
