CX8: Change of Payment Date for Cash Dividend

Pursuant to the document no. 06 CV/CX8-HDQT dated 4th March 2020 of
Constrexim No 8 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: CX8) regarding the change of payment date for 2018 cash dividend, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the adjusted payment date of CX8 shares (record date: 10th February 2020) as follows:
- Information announced in the notice no. 70/TB-VSD dated 9th January 2020 of VSD
+ Payment date: 20th March 2020
- Adjusted information:
+ Payment date: 22nd July 2020
Reason for change: Because of some unexpected expenses, the revenue from the construction works is not as expected in the capital recovery plan, so the company needs more time to balance the capital so as not to affect the Company's operations.
Other contents in the notice no. 70/TB-VSD dated 9th January 2020 remain unchanged.
