BacKan Mineral Joint Stock Corporation cancels the record date of 24th March 2020 for 2020 annual general meeting on the record date 23/03/2020 (announced in Notice no.689/TB-VSD dated 6th March 2020 by VSD)
Reason: Limiting meetings, mass gatherings to avoid the spread of Covid-19 epidemic, ensuring safety for shareholders and production and business activities of the Company.
