BKC: Cancellation of the record date of 2020 annual general meeting

According document no.46/TB-BKC dated 24th March 2020 of BacKan Mineral Joint Stock Corporation (BKC) as regards cancellation of the record date for 2020 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
BacKan Mineral Joint Stock Corporation cancels the record date of 24th March 2020 for 2020 annual general meeting on the record date 23/03/2020 (announced in Notice no.689/TB-VSD dated 6th March 2020 by VSD)
Reason: Limiting meetings, mass gatherings to avoid the spread of Covid-19 epidemic, ensuring safety for shareholders and production and business activities of the Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
BacKan Mineral Joint Stock Corporation cancels the record date of 24th March 2020 for 2020 annual general meeting on the record date 23/03/2020 (announced in Notice no.689/TB-VSD dated 6th March 2020 by VSD)
Reason: Limiting meetings, mass gatherings to avoid the spread of Covid-19 epidemic, ensuring safety for shareholders and production and business activities of the Company.
