Pursuant to the document no. 09/CK-HS dated 15th April 2020 of General Materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:

Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 27th March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 388/TB-VSD dated 10th March 2020.

Reason for cancellation: due to the complicated and unpredictable situation of the Covid-19 pandemic and to follow the instruction of the Prime Minister as well as the Ministry of Health on the restriction of mass gathering to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
