PPS: Cancellation of Record Date

Pursuant to the document no. 47/DVKT - HĐQT dated 30th March 2020 of Petrovietnam Power Services Joint Stock Company (PPS) regarding the cancellation of record date for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date 7th April 2020 (announced in the Notice no. 940/TB-VSD dated 18th March 2020 of VSD)
Reason: to ensure the health and safety for shareholders and enhance the prevention of Covid-19, the Company decided to change the meeting date for 2020 Annual General Meeting. The company will re-conduct the procedures to organize 2020 Annual General Meeting in accordance with the current regulations.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
