CVH: Change of title and content 2020 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to document no. 83/TB-HĐQT dated 31st March 2020 of Hai Phong Green Park Joint Stock Company (CVH) regarding adjustment of announcement of changing title and content of 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce the change of corporate actions in notice no. 730/TB-VSD dated 9th March 2020 by VSD as follows:
* Information announced in the Notice no. 730/TB-CNVSD dated 9th March 2020 of VSD:
- Reason and purpose: Annual General Meeting for 2020 and 2020-2025 term
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board on 2016-2020 performance and 2020-2025 orientations
* Changed information
- Reason and purpose: 2020 Annual General Meeting
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board on 2019 performance and 2020 orientations
Reason for change:Due to the impact of the Covid 19 epidemic, on 31st March 2020 the Prime Minister issued Directive No. 16 / CT-TTg on the implementation of urgent measures to prevent and control Covid 19, so the preparation of personnel of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board did not make as planned, the Company would like to hold the General Meeting of Shareholders for the new term at another time.
