Pursuant to the document no. 104/TB-HĐQT dated 14th April 2020 of Hai Phong Green Park Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on record date 27th March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 730/TB-VSD dated 9th March 2020).
Reason: to respond to the complicated situation of Covid-19 in Vietnam and around the world, recommendations of WHO, Ministry of Health in Vietnam and Hai Phong People's Committee on restricting mass gatherings.  In order to ensure that the right exercising of attending the General Meeting of Shareholders is close to the actual stock ownership at the time of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Company will announce the record date to finalixing the list of shareholders attending 2020 annual general meeting and meeting time later.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
