TXM: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 424/TXM-TCHC dated 29th May 2020 of Vicem Gypsum and Cement Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of TXM shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 23rd March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 588/TB-VSD dated 3rd March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Focusing on implementing measures to prevent and control Covid-19 and to ensure the safety of shareholders attending the meeting, the Company proposed to extend the time to organize 2020 Annual General Meeting to 30th June 2020 at the latest.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
