VCC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 206CV/2020/VC25-TCKH dated 28th April 2020 of Vinaconex 25 Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 12th March 2020 (as notified by VSD-Ho Chi Minh Branch in the Notice no. 213/TB-CNVSD dated 25th February 2020).
Reason for cancellation: the issuer requested to cancel the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 12th March 2020 (as notified by VSD-Ho Chi Minh Branch in the Notice no. 213/TB-CNVSD dated 25th February 2020).
