Pursuant to the document no. 0805 2020/CV-VSD/TSC dated 8th May 2020 of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Reason for cancellation: due to the complicated situation of Covide-19 epidemic, the Company will delay the meeting time of 2020 annual general meeting. In order to fix the shareholder list near the meeting date, the issuer requests VSD to cancel shareholder list fixed on 19th March 2020. The official record date shall be announced later
