BSR: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 2235/TB-BSR dated 22nd April 2020 of Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of BSR shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 1st April 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 726/TB-VSD dated 9th March 2020).
Reason: due to the complicated and unpredictable situation of Covid-19 in Vietnam and around the world, the plan of holding the annual general meeting is changed in accordance with Resolution no.1217/NQ-BSR dated 27th March 2020.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
