NBE: Change of dividend payment time

On 19th March 2020, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received the document no.52/CV-STBMB dated 18th March 2020 of North Books and Educational Equipment Joint Stock Company (securities code: NBE), VSD would like to announce change of advance payment of 2019 cash dividend (the record date: 18/03/2020) as follows:
- Announced information in Notice no.617/TB-VSD dated 4th March 2020: 15th June 2020
- Adjusted information: 30th July 2020
Reason: Due to the current volatile market situation, the COVID epidemic greatly affects the business and financial resources of the Company, the Company needs to prioritize resources for business activities in the near future. Therefore, the Company needs more time to arrange money for advance payment of 2019 dividend.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
