Reason for change: the Covid-19 epidemic situation is unpredictable and has great impact on the global economy, causing enormous losses for domestic and foreign economy. Despite taking all necessary measures to prevent and control the epidemic under the direction of the Party and the State, implementing many policies to tighten spending, minimize costs, ... to help Dien Quang proactively overcome difficulties during the pandemic, it is impossible to know when the epidemic will be fully controlled and the support and sharing of Shareholders in this period is extremely necessary for Company’s operation.
Other contents in notice no. 393/TB-CNVSD dated 10th March 2020 by VSD’s Branch remain unchanged.
