- Reason and purpose: Payment of 2018 Remaining Dividend with 15% by stock and 5% by cash
1. Payment of 2018 Remaining Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 100:15 (shareholders are entitled to receive 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 2,019 shares is entitled to receive 302.85 shares (calculated by the formula: 2,019 x 15 :100 = 302.85 shares). According to the rounding principle, shareholder will receive 302 new shares, the 0.85 fractional shares will be removed.
Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department of International Development and Investment Corporation, National route 80, Vam Cong industrial complex, An Thanh hamlet, Binh Thanh commune, Lap Vo district, Dong Thap province. ID cards and passbooks have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2018 Cash Dividend

- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share).
- Payment time: 12th November 2019
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at International Development and Investment Corporation, National route 80, Vam Cong industrial complex, An Thanh hamlet, Binh Thanh commune, Lap Vo district, Dong Thap province from 12th November2019. ID cards have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 30th October 2019
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
