AME: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 634/2020/CBTT-AME dated 19th May 2020 of -Alphanam E&C Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of AME shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 31st March 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 880/TB-VSD dated 16th March 2020.
Reason for cancellation: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 and to ensure the safety of holding the general meeting, the company changed the plan of 2020 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
