NOS: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 83/2020/CV dated 5th May 2020 of Oriental Shipping and Trading Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 28th April 2020 as notified by VSD in the Notice no.1010/TB-VSD dated 23rd March 2020).
Reason: Based on the direction of the Government, the Ministry of Health and other authorities on the prevention of Covid-19 epidemic and the current complicated situation of Covid- 19, the Company decided to postpone the time of holding 2020 Annual General Meeting (expected to be on 28th May 2020) and will announce the meeting time later
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
