- Payment rate: 12%/share (1,200 VND per share).

- Payment time: 10th July 2020

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.

+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend via bank transfer or cash from 10th July 2020 as follows:

* Receiving via bank transfer: The holders will fill information in the request form for receiving via bank transfer following the form posted on the Company's website: www.agtex28-1.com/quanhecodong/and send it to the email address: hoakt.@agtex28-1.com or fax 028.38941668 or sent to the company at 3 Nguyen Oanh, Ward 10, Go Vap District, Hochiminh City via post office by 01st July 2020. If shareholders do not send account information, the Company will transfer to the accounts previously registered.
* Receiving by cash: shareholders will receive the dividend at the company's address as mentioned above. ID cards have to be presented:
· Original copy for internal shareholders;
· Original copy + 01 copy for external shareholders.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 24th June 2020
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
