Detailed agenda:

1. 2019 Annual General Meeting

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: to be planned on 23rd April 2019
- Meeting venue: the Company's Meeting Hall, No. 27A Le Ninh, Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province

- Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2018 production and business results and 2019 plan;

+ Activities reports by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board;
+ Report on 2018 audited financial statements;
+ Submission for payment of remuneration for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board in 2018 and estimated remuneration for 2019;
+ Election of additional member for the Supervisory Board;
+ Submission for authorizing the Board of Directors to decide some issues within the authority of the General Meeting.

2. Advance Payment of 2018 Cash Dividend

- Payment rate: 9%/share (900 VND per share)
- Payment time: 30th July 2019
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Nghe Tinh Railway Joint Stock Company from 30th July 2019. ID cards have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11:30 a.m., 3rd April 2019
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
