Reason and purpose: 2018 Annual General Meeting and Advance Payment of 2017 Cash Dividend

Details are as follows:

1. 2018 Annual General Meeting

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned meeting time: to be announced in the invitation letter
- Meeting venue: at the Company's meeting hall, no. 27 Le Ninh Street, Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province
- Meeting agenda:
+ 2017 business and production report, and 2018 plan;
+ Activity reports by the Board of Directors (BODs) and Supervisory Board (SB);
+ 2017 audited financial statements;
+ Remuneration payment for the BODs and SB in 2017 and 2018 plan;
+ Proposal on authorization of the BODs on issues within the authority of the General Meeting;

2. Advance Payment of 2017 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 8%/share (800 VND per share)
- Payment time: 30th July 2018
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the the Company's office from 30th July 2018. ID cards have to be presented. Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 4th April 2018
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
