HTT: Cancellation of the last registration date to hold the Annual General Meeting

According to Document No.0506/2019/CV-HTT dated 5th June 2019 of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company (HTT) as regards to change the last registration date to hold the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholers, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
HTT cancelled the closing date of the list of HTT stock holders at the last registration date of 13/06/2019 (announced in Notice No.1735/TB-VSD dated 30th May 2019)
Reason: Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HSX) requires the company to finalise its shareholder list and send documents to HSX in order to ensure time according to current regulation.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited VND shares at DMs.
