On 13th September 2018, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received document no. 120918 dated 12th September 2018 of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company as regards cancellation of record date for 2018 extraordinary general meeting, VSD would like to announce as follows:
Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company cancelled the record date of 13th September 2018 for 2018 extraordinary general meeting (this information was stated in at document no. 2676/TB-VSD dated 27th August 2018 by VSD)
Reason: the company is restructuring and reviewing business operations, therefore, it is impossible to prepare the agenda and document for 2018 extraordinary general meeting.
This notice of VSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited HTT shares at DMs.
