1. Approval of the major shareholder, Mr. Trinh Trung Hieu transferring ownership of all HNF shares (4,915,905 shares) to DNA Holding Joint Stock Company to contribute to the charter capital of  DNA Holding Joint Stock Company, leading to the ownership of 25% or more of HNF shares with voting rights by DNA Holding Joint Stock Company.
2. Approval of "Internal regulations on corporate governance of Huu Nghi Food Joint Stock Company" formulated in accordance with the Enterprise Law dated 26th November 2014; Securities Law dated 29th June 2006 amended and supplemented on 24th November 2010 and Decree No. 71/2017/ND-CP dated 6th June 2017 by the Government guiding corporate governance applicable to public companies. This regulation sets out the basic principles and regulations on corporate governance in order to implement and comply with current laws as well as information disclosure in accordance with regulations.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 29th March 2019
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
