SJF: Cancellation of the record date for fixing shareholder list

On 7th March 2019, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received Document no. 040/32019/CV-STD dated 4th March 2019 by Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company as regards cancellation of the record date for fixing the shareholder list. VSD would like to announce as follows:
- Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company cancels the shareholder list of the record date 24th December 2018 (Notification no. 3420/TB-VSD dated 6th December 2018 by VSD)
- Reason for cancellation: due to the upcoming 2019 annual general meeting, the postal ballot will be executed at 2019 annual general meeting.
- Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company cancels the shareholder list of the record date 24th December 2018 (Notification no. 3420/TB-VSD dated 6th December 2018 by VSD)
- Reason for cancellation: due to the upcoming 2019 annual general meeting, the postal ballot will be executed at 2019 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
