- Meeting time: 5th August 2017
- Meeting venue: Meeting Hall of Dalat real estate joint stock company, 25 Tran Phu, Ward 3, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province
- Meeting agenda: to be announced in the invitation letters

Reason: According to Clause 1, Article 1 of Resolution No. 07/2017/NQ/HDQT-DLR dated 03/8/2017 of the Board of Directors of Da Lat Real Estate Joint Stock Company "Pursuant to the Minutes of the Organizing Committee and document No. 21/CV/BTC-DLR of the Head of the Organizing Committee of 2017 Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors unanimously postponed the time for holding 2017 Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 5th August 2017 until the final valid judgement of the Court is effective to determine the ownership of disputed shares currently held by Mr. Phan Tan Dung, Mr. Le Ngoc Khanh Viet (the total number is 1,323,036 shares equal to 29.4% of charter capital) to ensure benefits of shareholders and other stakeholders in accordance with the law.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
