On 6 September 2016, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received document No. 30/2016 dated 5 September 2016 of LILAMA 3 Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of shareholders list for 2016 Annual General Meeting, VSD would like to announce as follows:

- LILAMA 3 Joint Stock Company cancels the list of shareholders for 2016 Annual General Meeting on the record date 28 June 2016 (Notice No. 1513/TB-VSD dated 14 June 2016 by VSD)
- Reason: There is a change in major shareholders due to implementing Restructural Project pursuant to Decision by the Ministry of Construction (LILAMA Corporation transfered 100% paid-in capital at LILAMA 3 Joint Stock Company to Debt and Asset Trading Corporation), so the company did not use the List of shareholderd fixed on 28 June for 2016 Annual General Meeting.
This Notice of VSD is for DMs' information and informing accordingly to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
