MHBS: Revocation of Depository Member Certificate of MHB Securities Corporation
On 22nd December 2015, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) issued document no. 14087/VSD-LK regarding the revocation of MHB Securities Corporation
(MHBS). Details are as follows:
1. VSD approves the termination of membership of MHBS from 22 December 2015.
2. To terminate the membership, MHBS is requested to complete the followings:
2.1. Complete the transfer for account closing for all customers' accounts.
Regarding account closing for customers's account who do not follow account closing procedures to Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam Securities Joint Stock Company, MHBS shall determine the date for fixing balance at VSD to comply transfer procedures as stipulated and then notify customers.
2.2. Handle the securities balance in MHBS's proprietary account.
2.3. Reconcile amount payable and settle all financial obligations with VSD (if any)
