Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Number of bonds to be redeemed: 450 bonds
- Execution rate: 100%
- Price of bond redemption: 1,042,000,000 VND
- Rounding up method:
+ Price of bond redemption is calculated by formula: 1,000,000,000 VND + 1,000,000,000 VND x 4.2% x 365 days/365 days, round up to 3 decimal places. 
+ The total value of bonds redemption held by the bondholder shall be rounded to the nearest whole unit, with the first decimal digit being rounded up if it is greater than or equal to 5, and discarded if it is less than 5.
- Payment date: 16/11/2023
- Registration period for bond redeemed to the issuer: None. This is because the issuer finalizes the bondholder list registration at VSDC, but investors do not register to exercise their bond redeemed rights through VSDC. All redeemed bonds bought back before maturity will have their registration canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited, bond redemption payment will be deposited into the account that the owner has registered with the Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company on 16/11/2023.
Depository members (DMs) and direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs and DAHs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 09/11/2023
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
