MEY: Cancellation of the list for corporate actions processing
Pursuant to the document no.28a/2023/CV-ML dated 17th July 2023 of Meey Land Group Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 23rd June 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1725/TB-VSD dated 6th June 2023 by VSD.
Reason: To review and finalize internal procedures, the Board of Directors issued Resolution no.14/2023/NQ-HĐQT approving the change of plan of organizing 2023 Annual general meeting, specifically:
- The Company temporarily suspended organization of the General meeting in accordance with Resolution no.11/2023/ND-HĐQT dated 1st June 2023
- Extension of organization of the Meeting no later than 30th September 2023
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
