VIB: Cancellation of the Record Date

Pursuant to the document no. 126438.22 dated 15th November 2022 of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (securities code: VIB) on cancelling the record date for exercising the right to nominate expected personnel, standing for election to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the 9th term (2023-2027), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 22nd November 2022 for finalizing the list of shareholders for exercising the right to nominate expected personnel, standing for election to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the 9th term (2023-2027) in accordance with Notice no. 3349/TB-VSD dated 11th November 2022 by VSD.
Reason: VIB chosed the record date in accordance with the change of postal ballot plan
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
Cancelling the record date of 22nd November 2022 for finalizing the list of shareholders for exercising the right to nominate expected personnel, standing for election to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for the 9th term (2023-2027) in accordance with Notice no. 3349/TB-VSD dated 11th November 2022 by VSD.
