According to Notice no. 31/2022-TB-NVLG dated 3rd November 2022 of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation on cancelling the notice of finalizing shareholder list for share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the the record date of 14th November 2022 for share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity in accordance with Notice no. 1343/TB-CNVSD 14th October 2022 by VSD's branch.
Reason: The Board of Directors of the issuer will not implement the plan of share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity (the issuance plan) because the issuance plan is no longer suitable with the current situation. The Board of Directors commits to submit the time of Issuance Plan implementation to the next General Meeting of Shareholders.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
