- Conversion rate: 1:0.58 (Shareholders who own 1 NCP share on  the date of finalizing the list of shareholders are entitled for 0.58 DTK share)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of Vinacomin – Power Holding Corporation shares that shareholders of TKV-Cam Pha Thermal Power Joint-Stock Company are entitled to receive will be rounded down. The arising fractional shares will be removed (if any).
- Example: Shareholder A owns 123 NCP shares. After conversion, he is entitled to receive 71.34 DTK shares (123 x 0.58 = 71.34). According to the rounding principle, he will actually receive 71 DTK shares, the 0.34 fractional shares will be removed.
- For NCP shares registered for trading on Upcom of Hanoi Stock Exchange:
+ Date of trading cancellation on Hanoi Stock Exchange: 27th December 2021
+ Last trading day on Hanoi Stock Exchange: 24th December 2021
+ From 27th December 2021, NCP shares are no longer valid for buying, selling and ownership transfer on the market.
- Execution place:
+ The holders whose NCP shares have been deposited will peform the conversion procedure at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose NCP shares have not been deposited will peform the conversion procedure at Vinacomin – Power Holding Corporation, no.78 level 2, Sannam, Duy Tan road, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi, tel: 024 3516 1605.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 30th December 2021.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
