1. Payment of 2020 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 10%/share (Shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded down to the unit. The  decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 82 shares is entitled to receive 8.2 shares (82 : 10 x 01 = 8.2). According to the rounding principal, shareholder A will receive 8 new shares, the 0.2 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.

- Execution rate: 100:95 (shareholders are entitled to 100 right for 100 shares that they own and to buy 95 new shares for every 100 rights).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares, unsubscribed shares: The number of shares entitled to receive will be rounded to the unit. the unsubscribed shares, fractional shares will be distributed by the Board of Directors to other investors (including existing shareholders wishing to buy) with price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders to ensure distribution of all issued shares.
Example: on record date, shareholder A who owns 82 shares is entitled to buy 77.9 shares (82 : 100 x 95 = 77.9). Due to the rounding principle, the shareholder will be entitled to buy 77 new shares, the 0.9 fractional shares will be distributed by the BOD to other parties in accordance with prevailing laws.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17th September 2021
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
