PCT: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no. 48/CV-PCT dated 10th May 2021 of Viet Nam Gas and Chemicals Transportation Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 25th May 2021 for 2021 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 779/TB-CNVSD dated 6th May 2021 by VSD's Branch.
Reason:The Issuer needs more time to prepare dossiers, material for the Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
