Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. 53rd Bond redemption before maturity
- Number of securities to be redeemed: 19 bonds
- Execution rate: 19/142 (19 redeemed bonds/142 bonds)
- Price of each redeemed bond: VND 1,000,000,000 /bond
- All redeemed bonds will be cancelled
- There is no deadline to register to sell bonds back to the issuer
2. 53rd payment of bond interest from 30/4/2026 to 30/5/2026 exclusive:
- Payment rate: VND 8,547,945.205/bond
- Bond interest is calculated according to the formula: VND 1,000,000,000  x 10.4% x 30 days/365 days, rounded to 3 decimal places.
- The total amount of bond interest will be rounded down to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is removed).
- 53rd Bond redemption before maturity and interest payment date: 01/6/2026 (because 30/5/2026 is not a business day)
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose bonds have been deposited will receive bond interest and make bond redemption procedures at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interest and redemption amount via accounts registered with VPBank Securities Joint Stock Company on 01/6/2026 (because 30/5/2026 is not a business day)
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 25/5/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
