Pursuant to the document no.70/2025/CV-ĐTP dated 16/06/2025 of Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation (bonds code: DPJ12202) on change of the 33rd interest payment time, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of interest payment time of DPJ12202 bonds (record date: 23/04/2025) as follows:

Payment time: 20/06/2025 (the 2nd adjustment)
Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company has arranged funds to pay the 33rd bond interest. During the period of late payment, the Securities registering institution will be fully responsible for any interest penalties arising from the late payment as prescribed in the Information Disclosure.
