RHG12101: Change of 14th period payment time of bond interest

On 13/6/2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received document No. 69/2025/CV-RHG dated 12/6/2025 from R&H Group Joint Stock Company regarding change of 14th period payment time of bond interest - code RHG12101 (the record date: 22/5/2025, the payment date: 16/6/2025), VSDC would like to announce as follows:
- Interest payment date in accordance with the Notice no.7080/VSDC-ĐKTP.NV dated 09/6/2025 by VSDC: 16/6/2025
- Adjusted payment date: 15/7/2025
- Reason: Due to difficulty in business, the Issuer has not been able to arrange funds for 14th interest payment of RHG12101 bond
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited RHG12101 bonds at DMs.
